Born in Puerto Rico, ‘La isla del encanto’ (The enchanted island), Michele’s multicultural background includes working for multinational companies, creating strategic branding campaigns, and providing sound communications advice to Fortune 500 companies in the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean.
Her experience working in many cities like Chicago, New York, Miami, and San Juan has allowed her to partner with top-tier clients such as Albertson’s Food Stores, Harris Trust & Savings Bank, Kellogg’s, McDonald’s, Sprint Caribbean, Univision & Telefutura networks, GlaxoSmithKline Beecham, New York Life Insurance Company, and others.
Michele has also developed and implemented cost-effective communications programs for small businesses and women-owned businesses. Her passion to help and support other women inspired her to found a group for businesswomen in San Juan called Ladies Who Lunch.
But not all is work for Michele. As a philanthropist, she has also supported causes that are close to her heart, such as at-risk teens, homeless women and children, and child protection. Her involvement in Chicago with the non-profit organization Life Directions and in Miami with Creative Beginnings helped generate media awareness in their respective cities and resulted in corporate sponsorships that were oriented toward results.
The range of services that Michele brings to ARM Integrated Communications includes strategic planning, corporate affairs, copy development, event management, media relations, product launches, media training, social media management, image and fashion counseling, photo shoot management, and strategic alliances, among others.
Michele has two beautiful boys and enjoys reading, traveling, cooking (she cooks deliciously!), dancing, and spending time at the beach with her family and friends.
