Luis Nino is a former Career Diplomat from Venezuela with an extensive international career as a foreign diplomat and multilateral negotiator. He has served in Geneva, New York, Mexico and Washington D.C., and has been an international civil servant at the Organization of American States as a Director of the Department for Conferences and Meetings Management. He has also contributed with the conferences logistics of the last three Summits of the Americas in Port Spain, Trinidad and Tobago; Cartagena, Colombia and Panama City, Panama. Formerly, Mr. Nino was the President of Eagle Tech Corp, an IT solutions provider in the Washington Metropolitan area. He is also Chief Operating Officer at Achieve Technology Solutions, LLC, an IT business professional services for the Commercial and Government sectors.

Mr. Nino holds an International Relations Degree from the Central University of Venezuela, an International Negotiations Certificate from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and Institute of Advanced International Studies (IHEI), Geneva, Switzerland, and a Master of Arts in International Affairs from Georgetown University, Washington D.C., USA. Mr. Nino has recently completed the Emerging Leaders Program, an Executive Certificate in Business Administration sponsored by the Small Business Administration (SBA). He is Professor of International Negotiations at different Diplomatic Academies and Universities within the Americas and is a regular columnist of the “El Tiempo Latino”, Spanish version of the Washington Post.

A Spanish native-speaker Mr. Nino is also fluent in English and French and has extensive knowledge of Italian and Portuguese.
